Our Approach
We were brought on to help JBC with their email marketing. Our initial focus was on improving the performance of their email automations, which were underperforming compared to industry peers. By making adjustments to the welcome flow, we were able to lower the overall unsubscribe rate and increase the average open rate by 43.80%, along with an overall increase of +10.09% in subscribers within the first 3 months of coming on board.
