Colewood Digital revitalised MDS Group’s brand identity with a modern logo and versatile design system that clarified their core services and strengthened their competitive presence across all physical and digital touchpoints.

The Challenge

MDS Group approached Colewood Digital as they faced increased competition from recently rebranded rivals and felt their own branding was outdated. They also wanted to expand their visual presence through staff merchandise and external signage, including banners and van graphics, to boost local credibility.

Our Approach

We explored a range of logo concepts, including lettermarks and emblems, before settling on a clean, modern design paired with a strong new typeface. The final logo was designed to be versatile, working seamlessly across merchandise, signage, and other brand touchpoints.

The new logo clearly communicates MDS Group’s three core services: Surveys, Remediation, and Security, giving customers an immediate understanding of the business. Plans are underway to roll out merchandise, including van wraps, stationery, and staff apparel, helping strengthen brand recognition across all channels online and offline.
